i'm working with Clickbank with weight-loss offers, i was wondering why we don't buy and sell them like dropship, no need clickbank. Have anyone here tried it?
Are there any suppliers here?
Has anyone had experience?

You can try using dropified black catalog for that, to dropship supplements with your own branding.

Be extremely careful with diet supplements and pills. Don't sell without having the cert and publish the full ingredient list and in some case potential dangers.
