There's a new software app selling on AppSumo called BiQ. It's probably their beta launch (?) but basically it is supposed to be a mix between SEMRush and Clearscope (similar to Surfer). Has anyone tried it? And is it any good?

The product seems half-baked at the moment. I would suggest going for SERanking/Serpstat if your budget is tight. Its only advantage is that it offers a content optimization module as well.

I have it. It is 3/4 ready.

It has (some) KW research. Suggests related questions. It has content optimisation module that looks good. I have not tested ranking module.

I see it more as competitor to Frase and MarketMuse. I am on the edge to fully stack MarketMuse / buy unlimited Frase and refund BiQ. I will see.

On the other hand I really like how to create collection of KWs in BiQ.

Do you got chances to full stack MarmetMuse?

I got 6 codes. That is plenty.

I am using Frase for outline building and MM for optimisation. While I like Frase UI, I found that MM Serp results are better than Frase. Frase is extra good for passage creation, outline building, etc.

Awesome bro! I like Frase more for content writing. MM have their own market.

Frase did giant step forward in last month. I love it. I liked the way PostPace allowed for editing outline. Frase develop same functionality.

I've been purchasing these LTD tools for ages but in the end I always use KWfinder and SEMRush (I even have a SERPStat LTD that barely use nowadays which literally blasts any of this half baked tools in appsumo).

If you are in a thight budget, consider opting in for a group buy. These tools generally go fine in most GBs. And you won't spend more than $10/mo per GB.

It's true that over the time, you will save a lot with a $50 LTD, but If you miss your target due to poor data, you will be loosing WAY more than the money that one of this tools provide.

And don't forget that many of these tools may close in a period of time because they cannot keep it up...

My thoughts exactly the same happened with me when I purchased this heatmap tool from the vendor not on Appsumo but through a guy who recommended me but he closed it in a months time only 6 months later to realize that it was gone for good

I should have known that time only would have easily got my money back as I had paid through credit card

Many of these tools stop supporting after a while which sucks

SerpStat is awesome for competitive analysis. One of the best Appsumo deals all time.
Actually it was SerpStat that made me refund BiQ, once I have cross-check BiQ results with SerpStat. Database size matters and as you said, missing target because of bad data sucks.

I used to rely on KWfinder, but replaced it with LongTailPro. I am using SerpStat for double check.
