Anyone tried this?

So I just signed up for a dreamhost account and the cpanel is bundled with some seo stuff:

(please remove the spaces, the forum still believes I'm a spammer, God knows I'm not)

Is this stuff of any value or should I leave it alone? Anyone have experience with this stuff?

LOL, I checked my cpanel at hostgator after reading that and I have those too. I've just never noticed them.

Newbie tools no doubt which serve no use other than to get your site indexed.

So should I bother?
