Anyone tried repurposing leads?

I've got ridiculous amount of lead information from various past endeavors. Anyone tried repurposing leads from one project to another.

Like a bot on a proxy punching the info into sweeps or something? XD

The emails I could use for mass emailing, they're all niche sorted already.
