If that is the case, why dont you purchase them from a seller on here. there was a thread started a month ago by a seller of stealth accounts. check it out and purchase through a BHW seller.

I'm pretty sure that seller couldn't even tell me if their accounts had Managed Payments capability yet. Not sure if they are experts or just found an easy way to build accounts.
the website i talked about sell 8yo aged ebay account with paypal and a lot of stuffs for 200$ lol
i never saw an offer such as this

I initiated a conversation with him the other day... Asked for me to pay via Western Union. Told him no, asked for a credit card link. Never responded. Stay far far away.
