Anyone tried monetizing with reuploads with tiktok creator program on tiktok?

10k followers is minimum to be accepted into the program and they pay a whopping $1 for 1k views. I see services online that advertise to remove the data that tiktok detects if a video is being uploaded, etc.

Has anyone gone viral super easy just reuploading viral vids and cashing out? Are they strict?
