Anyone think they can help? Want to send multiple Shazam requests

Hi guys,

For reasons I won't go into I need a program that will allow me to boost Shazam requests for certain songs from the UK. I've been told this should be very doable... anyone out there know of this service already existing, or if not, know a programmer who could put something together for me?
