It's just converting it from hexadecimal to decimal. 17515 hex = 95509 dec. You just need the function or snippet that converts hex to dec in whatever language you happen to be using.

Convert hex to decimal.

The hexadecimal number 17515 is equal to the decimal number 95509.

I already added it into the bot, and the bot is out already free in the making money section but without captcha support (so it sucks). I'm currently testing it look at virtualtourist.com homepage and look at all the new users lol!
