Anyone that have used hostripples? SUPER SLOW LOADING!

Hey guys!

As title says, have anyone user hostripples for hosting? Just bought my first host from them, have used a bunch of 1dollar hosting before that worked great. I know im only paying 1$ per month, still I hoped for better loading time then this.

Right now my website takes 15 SECONDS to load.. and its an empty site with a wordpress theme on it..

Wrote their support earlier but still no answer.

so, have you had any experience with hostripples, good or bad?

We have been using hostripples from last 2 years and we are very happy with them . we have our forum hosted with them ukhostgator which is working and loading fine. Ask there support team is good and always there to help us for any issue. I think you should ask the support team if you are facing any issue with the load time of your website , may be they can find any solution for this .

From my point of view its good hosting with good features in $1 .

Oh god.

Why not just say "I'm from hostripples - pls PM me if you have any more problems"? At least people would respect you for that. Instead now, you look like you're trying to lie - and that's not good for your image.
 
Sophia, I did talk to their support, didn't really get an answer for 2 days but they then put me on another server which is working better, not great, but better.
