Hi guys,

am bit short of cash right now and i want to sell my 1 year old website. It is a blog and ranking top 100 for keyword : make money online

Niche is very profitable for somebody who know the business. I am interrested in someone that can help me get an ideea what price i should ask for the site since i have never done site flipping before.

some details:
wordpress blog, PR1, 971 google indexed pages,main domain has 8721 backlinks, 10271 links to the whole site

Around 12 times monthly earnings is the rule of thumb buddy.

I think meathead1234 was selling sites for a commission but he may have moved on to only bigger paydays. It couldn't hurt sending him a pm but if your site isn't already making money... potential profitably is not a strong selling point.

Traffic/revenue? Backlinks are largely irrelevant for valuation.
