Anyone that accepts this sort of traffic?

I'm looking for a CPA Network that is well established and has a good reputation.

The perfect CPA Network for me would be one that accepts Craigslist traffic, Kijiji Traffic and Youtube Traffic. I have no intention of creating a site and throwing a content locker on it. I want a link directly from the CPA site then use bit.ly and send visitors straight to the offer.

Anyone know of a network I can do this stuff on without getting in trouble and/or banned.

You are posting in the Search Engine Optimization section, try posting in the Affiliate section under the making money category for a better chance at locating what you are looking for.

It's been a few days and I still haven't found any. Waiting for the mods to move it to the CPA section, hopefully I'll get some replies there.

I wish WolfStorm Media accepted YouTube and Craigslist traffic, I like them because they pay weekly.

make a lander and redirect traffic to offers. That is the best method to use your traffc to CPA offers.
