are they still BH friendly, and do they still have early payouts?

how is that network now a days , I know they had a huge reputation blow when they got cracked down on hard. Have they bounce back..


And what are the other legit Content Locker out their. Network Wise. I know I can lock my own...

I don't personally use *iriehost*iriehost*iriehost*iriehost*iriehost*iriehost*iriehost but you can try out AdscendMedia and BlamAds, they both have their own content lockers.

they have gone down hill and never really recovered. Now-a-days, just about every visitor knows to turn away when they see a content locked page. The big earners over at CPA Lead promote via fb pages and apps. It's really the only way to earn with them. Their HIGHEST conversion offer is at 20% network wide.

CPA Lead is trying many different methods to get publishers to promote their offers. ex. Exit Traffic Tool and their new Spotlight tool. Yes, they are good alternatives, but you definitely have a better chance of monetizeing your website through adsense or a 'real' cpa network with a banner to an offer. CPA Lead took away the ability to directly promote offers as well, which blows big time in my book.

I am supposed to be a Premium publisher there, but I still do not have access to all the surveys. I find it BS that they allow FB spammers to get this access when I have legit, white hat sites and they still wont approve me. That is my only grudge against the network.

So who's the owner of Cpa Lead? Are they from USA? If they allow spammers maybe they are not from USA.. I signed with them last year and they accepted me immediately but after seeing their low cpa rates, i did not go back and haven't tried to login again..

I'm wondering how to get accepted in CPA, it's so hard...
