Can't tell you more cuz I still get traffic from bing/google after I discontinued my spam project for 2 yrs but normal maintain(like paid for VPS), my hops(visitors) still get 3k daily on Clickbank.
Except the quality(it's the key to get high ROI aka $$), you have to make it work by software like GSA/RankerX/Xrumer. You can find some VPS package on asiavirtualsolutions.com, I don't know there if Xrumer VPS package but you can ask admin.
Over all, I think the Old Method still work. Even using cloaking. Good luck, bro.

I used to run SER few times a year couple of years ago. Now I only runs it once or twice year. Tier 3 and tier 2 campaigns still managed by SER like a charm.

GSA SER still works today. I use GSA and RX as tiers to help index links. The two programs works with Xevil and Xrumer too. Just read the gsa forum for more info.

GSA SER is still working for sure but It's not 2012. You can not rank just by junk backlinks all pointed to your money site. You need unique content, Good Tier 1 backlinks and then you can use SER for tier 2 - 3 backlinks.
As other said, use catchall Emails instead of buying Email packages. Also you need dedicated proxies(Don't waste your time with semi-dedicated ones) and SER link list to feed your software.
