anyone still using article builder

I am looking for some recent reviews on article builder. I am planning to buy and use on creating backlinks. I find some reviews but mostly were 2-3 years old and Google changed a lot things then.

Can article builder still rank website if used in tier1?

I dont recommend you to use them, they will never get indexed, you have to manually spin them.

Can you please tell if I use auto-spin any other paid spinner, will google index them? I cannot manually spin hundreds of articles for tier 1.
