Anyone still getting decent traffic from Pinterest?

yesh pinterest has a lot of potential left to be exploited but i believe the rules of the game have changed. from my experience, it is not as useful trying to go viral on pinteresst anymore compared to having a small collection of search worthy pins. some pins can appear dead but will eventualy start generating clicks after some time.
Well i am still getting some traffic from Pinterest, but it is much more niche dependent now. some boards are dead now whereas others can keep sending me visitors for months.
Honestly traffic can be quite un predictable in the starting. I have noticed that sometimes one gd pin can beat many mediocre pins particularly when it is about something that can be saved for later.
