Anyone still buying ebay ACRUs (Leads) ?

I used to buy ACRUs when ebay was at cj.. but now no one provides them at epn.

Anyone had success in buying acrus from someone and working?

I thought about offering such a service as I have the resources to do so now. Not just ACRU's but other CPA networks as well.
