Anyone run a voting contest? I have a question...

I want to enter into a competition, rules say no third party votes but I want to add some by fiverr buys.

Question: can the people running the contest see if someone uses a third party and buys votes? If I buy 20-50 can they pin point they aren't friend votes but purchased/third party votes?

Is there a way they can see if you do buy? Outside of an unusual amounts of votes from India or something.
