Anyone reputable want to go in on phpFox?

Getting ready to pull the trigger on this and go live with a site I've planned out, and it's just too expensive for me at the moment. My taxes will be back by the 24th and then it's go time - if someone experienced and reputable wants to go in on a purchase in the meanwhile though, maybe we could work something out. I'll at least make the purchase price back. ;-)

Will want to talk on the phone, Facebook connect, whatever's clever to know I'm dealing with someone on the up and up, so if that's no good, thanks for reading.
