People that are stupid enough to fall for this deserve to be scammed

Wow.. Columbus.. This dude's getting sued right down the street from me.. Maybe I'll head over and watch the fun!

Tvision, that'd be something to see. He's got one of the most successful histories in terms of earnings in the history of the IM niche. He's out-earned Mike Filsaime, Frank Kern, Rassmussen, Ewen Chia, Shawn Casey, etc. etc. etc.

The only guy who is actually up there with him is Kelly Felix (aka "Rich Jerk"). Last I heard, he was averaging about $18M over the last four years or so (personal income ... not company income).

I've met him before, and he's a nice guy. I hope it's not too serious a lawsuit. Still, it's big news to anyone who has been doing CB for more than 4-5 years in the biz-opp/IM/work-at-home niche.

Wonder what his secret was.. As for Kelly, that dude has always rubbed me wrong.. Seems like he'd be a jerk in real life, although I have to say his approach to selling is one that is sort of genius. "Talk down to the buyer, call them worthless, and collect millions!"

Rich Jerk Gravity = 29.79 .. It looks like maybe he already had money before this, hence he wouldn't really need affiliates to make a success.. Who knows

Rich Jerk has been around for about 4 years. Back when it was first launched, its gravity was MUCH higher.

Actually 29 gravity for a 3- or 4-year-old site isn't bad at all.

Kelly didn't have money. I know him personally. Not a bad dude, and is actually a nicer guy than the persona of "RJ."

The reason RJ made so much was actually because Kelly and his partner Mike Long are two brilliant guys when it comes to SEO. That's how they've made a lot of their money. Mark Warren did it through affiliates and email marketing, though I recall both did PPC back in the day as well, and made a killing with it (MW's old affiliate manager once told me they were doing about half a million a week in PPC ... making back that and more, of course).

Simply amazing. So that's how he flipped one little site for nearly $400,000..

Yep. The guy's honestly a genius of IM.
