Anyone recover from the helpful content update?

I’m curious if anyone on here has had a website recover from the update and what exactly you did to recover from it? If anything.

I stopped working on my blog back when the first update happened and it cut my traffic in half but was looking to see if I can recover it now.

I know google has some vague guides on how to recover but google doesn’t tell the truth ever because they either are lying or have zero clue what’s even going on. I’m just curious what you or someone else you know did to actually recover.

I don’t think I’ve been hit by a single update since but traffics slowly dropped since it’s been 6 months since I worked on it.

Sometimes the sites automatically recovers in next update so wait till then. Keep adding articles on the site though.

Wait and do the same what you did before to get more traffic

Keep posting high quality content, and give it some time to recover.
