anyone recommend linkback services?

am looking to add 100 to 200 2-5PR subject specific backlinks to a test site each week till i see the site getting good placement in google...

a competitor to this particular site has added almost 7000 bullshit backlinks and gone pretty much to the top of serps for this - the site is somewhat professional but also a test site too but i dont want bullshit links going to it....

cant help but think that google will notice that the other site has suddenly got all these links and then notices they are all crap/link farm links and will knock his ass down the serps...

can anyone recommend someone and/or a site that offers this type of service and how much would you expect to pay for something like this... i would like to give the work to someone on here as opposed to DP... i thought i recall seeing snowwhite offering a similar service i believe but havent seen her around for a while???

if it works out well - i will have a lot of future work for them!

In the past we have have worked with webmasters that have used blackhat linking services along with our techniques, and we found that most of them got penalized, and all their bad links wiped off Google. If you look at the Viagra search terms, you'll see the sites constantly changing positions since they're known most for scamming their way into the first page.

thing is though if you just keep repeating the process with a new site every few months you will always have a site referenced at the top of google for some period of time right?

so if i get a couple of 1000 links get banned after a few weeks it doesnt matter cos i have another site with another few 1000 links coming up right behind it???

still surprised no one mentioned any recommendations for backlink services???

Someone has to know something. i would like to know as well. 100 a week pr2-5 would be great. There has to be a legitmate way of doing so.
