I've bought it - just currently testing it out to see how useful it is.

I've used it and personally, I think it sucks. You end up doing more steps than are necessary to get the same result but just pinging your page to RSS directories with Ping O Matic or Pingoat.

Now, that said, BadAssRSS, which you can download from here IS excellent and I highly recommend it. I got pissy with the paid version because the support sucked, but the "free" version ala BHW worked out great.

Just ping your sites using badass and you'll be fine.

I read this ebook and try to use this tehnique, but it not works now, i think its works on the past but now no. If your link be visible on 10-15 rss directories with PR 4-6 example, on the first page like a new site added, will be visible on google i think for 60 minutes or less. I don't know will be first page or not for your niche but will be on the google index. Now this directories are changed and your not give hardlink for your site. If you know rss directories who give your real hardlink on first page when you add new site, like new blogs or last blogs to your site, this tehnique can be work, but that's hard. That's my opinion!
