Hi i get alot of spam in the ole email box but this one caught my eye rentaserp.com/76491.html so thought id see if anyone has any good or bad feedback on this program Yet? Id like to hear from anyone who has purchased it or can share any insight on the program ....Thanks

I've been getting the same emails. I haven't purchased it yet but I've looked at some of the reviews on YT. They're mostly promoting their own affiliate links.

I thought about giving it a try to see how it works. If I do I'll post my review.

I think it's pretty awesome...

Then again it's my software so my opinion probably doesn't count :'(

I bought it. I have no affiliation with the guys who run it and I don't get any money from them. I am in some of the same mastermind groups though.

It's a pretty smooth set up. There are 2 pieces, the theme and the plugin. The theme is a relatively standard lead-gen type theme. You can customize it with logos, videos, testimonials, and blurbs. It dovetails with the plugin if you need to manually set it up for posting your client content.

The plugin allows visitors to rent out each page individually for whatever price you set. It integrates with PayPal, so if they subscribe through PayPal it's totally hands off for you. A very cool feature is that a prospective client can get a 5 minute trial of how their site would look when renting your space.

The trick to the whole thing, of course, is to get your site ranking for those local keywords. Without that, it doesn't matter how good the software is.

Sounds pretty good.

Nothing different from ranking your own sites and deciding what to rent or sell as advertising space. Nothing hard to do it technically as well.

No offense Devin, just wondering how you'd handle this one in terms of refunding. Your last launch went pretty bad.

Well it's all about making things as easy as possible :P

And yeah VV was a nightmare and 1/2 but this one is much much much much more well put together

Either way though we're doing no questions asked on this one (I was partnered with two other people on that launch and didn't really have anything to do with refunds on that one)

I do have 1 complaint about the theme though. The homepage should allow for links to multiple silo tops.
