Anyone providing high retention views?

Does anyone know where I can purchase some high retention views. Most of the view service suppliers provide views with horrible audience retention rates.

Something like 0.7% on one of my videos and I am guessing the 0.7 came from the real views my video has received.

So if you know of a service that provides high quality views please post
