Anyone promoting weight loss with free traffic?

I wanted to ask if anyone promotes any weight loss offer here?

It would be cool and interesting to know as this makes me money even with free traffic. I plan to expand and scale this up by using PPV and facebook CPM. Heard that CPM is easier then PPPC.

So let's exchange ideas and tips around this niche Feel free to do that, and ask me questions about it, I'll be happy to reply!

Currently I have a lot of Social Traffic such as facebook and youtube for this but I want to make more thats why I will move to more traffic soon.

Mostly Social Media and SEO traffic (organic from blogging) will help you in getting free traffic in this niche

Social traffic is definitely the easiest way to get "free" traffic for something as competitive as weight loss. SEO is too competitive unless you're going for long tail keywords or something more specific. I'd be interested to hear how you get some of your traffic. I get a fair amount as well but getting conversions with free traffic has worked that well for me so far. Conversion percentage for my site is around 1% I think.

Yes I go onto Facebook and add myself 5000 fat mates and fire away at their insecurities.

I use mostly SEO and YouTube. I also have a PPC campaign to build my list. I have a Facebook fan page that I'd like to promote more when I get the time.
