Anyone play poker from india?

Like on pokerstars etc, is it legal to play? I've been trying to find information on this for a long time but cant find any solid answers

I do play on pokerstars. Deposited using skrill (CC) and withdraw to skill then to your bank account using SWIFT.

I would like to know as well if it is legal or not. Looked around on forums and the interwebs but nothing came up.
