i recently finished this thing called owntube, which is a joint project with my main computer nerd partner in the springs, frankwhite. djwombat doesn't count because he actually goes outside, and we don't.
our pairing is one of classic hollywood buddy comedy material - he the fun-loving, i-have-an-original-idea-peep-this-shit, eternal optimist world war one veteran, and me the reclusive, oh-snap-motherfucker-tight-idea-i-can-next-level-that-motherfucker-watch-me-shit-on-it-with-my-coding-skillz local sheriff of a small town in alabama.

nutshell explanation: makes awesome fucking videos using google images based off of id3 tags in mp3 files and uploads them to youtube. it is primarily built for ye olde ringtone game, but has a billion other applications.
watch the above video for the more thorough explanation - a few features and bugfixes have been added since the video was made, but you pretty much will get the point if you have eyes and ears and have used a computer before.
this took me about 60 or so hours to code total AND I DID IT ALL BY MY FUCKING SELF I WILL WIN YOUR CODE OFF DO NOT CHALLENGE ME - there was a straight shot session in there of about 36 hours that cleaned up the game though.
speaking of cleaning up the game, shout outs to laz-d, who made this shit possible by repping the mercury racing league.
the seminal ultra alpha version of this program put "laz-d" in as any field i couldn't read off of the id3 tag.

anyway, big frank has been running this motherfucker ragged in His Name (ASGPHE), trying to make sure the bitch was ready for public consumption. it took a few days, but i believe that it is finally ready to begin taking on other select few people who are down with the crowned (prince of bel-air).
if you're saying to yourself "motherfucker, that shit is expensive!", this program is not for you. the price is high to keep morons out and also because this ho is pretty exclusive - we can't have every tom, dick, and harry in the universe ruining the method, can we? that number "10" buyers might wind up being even smaller depending on the scalability. the price of 1800 would buy you 1800 videos from india with a week turnaround time.
for reading this far, i will elaborate on the free ideas:
upload either regular mp3s or voiceover sales pitch mp3s that you or some awesome person creates and set the "artist" id3 tag to a random product in copeac, like mighty putty or ronco food dehydrator. owntube will scrape google images and make images promoting your wonderful product like whoa.
same applies with a dating site - set the id3 tag to "hot bitches" and get nastey on em .
frank will be handling the customer service and sales end of things because he knows the software better than anyone. post in this thread contact info if you are interested or just holler at

if you have feature suggestions, i will update and version the program up for paying customers as soon as i can get to it - your contributions to better the program benefit everyone in the cabal as a whole. as far as i can tell, at the moment, this is as stable and as bug free as it can be.
