I am also searching for similar because I just dont like Facebook and the look.
It's a waste of time.
Had a look at Market Mongoose but their prices are costly and for someone like me who just needs personal social media marketing I need lower prices as I am already spending a lot with SEO.
If anyone knows cheaper alternatives please do share. Cheers!

Or just somebody to set up the accounts make a few posts and buy a few fake likes/followers?
Is this for your business or a clients?
A good SMM Manager won't be cheap but as with everything, you get what you pay for.

Never outsource on here. I always use Marketo for my fitness sites. It's too expensive If I Subscribe Per month package 6-8 months long live brand talk to Facebook, Twitter & G+.
