Hi, there's probably people here who opened LTD despite not living in England. I read some article and apparently if you have virtual office and know somebody there, as a digital marketer it's legal.
How much did you pay and did you occur in any problem?
Thanks!

You don´t actually need to have a UK company.
If you purchase a UK virtual office with a company based in another country, you still have legal rights to list the virtual address in marketing. Usually you need to have the main office address in the terms and conditions.
That being said it´s incredibly easy to open a UK company as a foreigner assuming you don´t need a bank account. It can be done in less than a day. Look for UK vintage companies for sale if you don´t want to look like you have some trading history. All companies in the UK are listed on Companies House so all the history is in the public domain.
For virtual offices https://yourvirtualofficelondon.co.uk/ is the best I´ve found for the price. The EC1 address looks very prestigious.
If you have any other questions, let me know I have a lot of experience with this.

I have a LTD company in UK, but I'm not living there.
I payed around 300 usd to register the company. Then you get a bank with transfer wise.

It's really smooth. Try it out.

Sure you can form a company, you can also form a company in Cayman Islands, Belize, anywhere for that matter the issue comes into how do you get banking as a nonresident.

Hey, thanks. I would love if you share the company/site you used to open the LTD. Also, do you pay accounting too?

Thanks for sharing, nice website. That being said, most companies have all inclusive plan that includes virtual office when opening LTD, so I think I will get it from the company I open the LTD with. But the phone service and director seem interesting, bookmarked the site ;)

I opened one a .US back in the days (i am from Australia), used a random address and a new hosting account (did it thru namecheap).
Not sure how strict they are nowdays, since this was back in 2013-4 era
US bank? So you are talking about LLC I guess.
