I've been working on a tool to screen virtual assistants for competency. The idea is to save time between initial contact with potential virtual assistants and reviewing their sample work. The tool provides a unique url to give each applicant where they have to follow instructions, download a .csv spreadsheet, complete it, and upload it back to the form. If they can do all that, then it emails the company about the worker details so the company can decide if they want to move forward with that candidate. This way the hiring process is streamlined. Or thats the idea anyway.
