This morning one of my many websites bumped to page 7 for a competitive keyword. It was 17 last night.

Wonder why there was no PR update also.

Anyone noticed changes in their websites?

Dude, your page is moving up in SERPs, nothing special :)
 
dam it i went from position 8 to 13...mmmmmm
 
I checked today and one of mine has gone from page 3 to... I cant find the bloody thing anywhere!! lol

Is there an easier way than manually going through the listings to see where you are?

I looked for some sites but when I try them it doesnt find anything at all.
 
M#rket Samurai makes this so easy you want to check every 15 minutes, I'm pretty sure you can still use yah*o site explorer or g*ogle webmaster tools.
 
I did notice a little bump, also noticed a page I made this morning was indexed and showing on page 2 within 3 hours. Quickest indexed iv'e seen.
 
Not sure but I had the impression they are working on something - not the dance though. My rankings are not moving but saw some strange changes. Looks to me like they are trying to implement something new. Implementing and taking it off with a certain frequency.
 
Yes, we've definitely felt a bump over here. Sites jumped from 500-600 impressions daily to 800.
 
I noticed a jump in G traffic as well, about 50% more traffic from G yesterday compared to the days before.
 
You reminded me of my wife saying "I'm feeling some kicks inside my belly" when she is actually pregnant :D

Use the search term in google.
Go to Advanced search.
And choose 100 results.

That's 10 pages all at once per page results.

Control+F your domain name and you will hopefully find it there..
 
One of my sites was de-indexed yesterday for about 10 hours... then reappeared at position 7 (the same as where it was)... I thought it was an xrumer blas that did it... but now maybe not... hmmmm....
 
I had a site that was ranking #14 and on the 2nd page of yahoo 3 or 4 days ago. Now it's #9 and on the 1st page. Google has also boosted the site some. But, I have been trying to backlink form authority sites lately... I also had a new site and domain appear on page 1 in about a week for a local optimized keyword with basic seo and wp.
 
It's not a big difference, It usually happen with every site, SERP improvement in your website is not a google bump for everyone. .:)
 
Nothing specific, some of my pages improved in last 2-3 days but I was optimizing them so I don't think any specific bump here...

For PR I am still waiting for it...
