Anyone notice yahoomail new look

Yea something better with new themes and i liked the way they have managed the mail,messenger and other options on left side on the mail box.
 
It's not too bad. Over the past few months Yahoo has been changing up a lot of their services. I just hope they don't touch Answers, one thing Yahoo is good for.
 
OK - Nothing very impressive. Some good new items and functions and some other not that good (or no good at all....)

But there is a thing I HATE!!!!
We they force me to select a "Personalized theme" every time i log-in to see my messages????
O don't f@@@@@ want to use a "Personalized theme", I like the blank page, give me a f@@@@@@ way to keep this plank page - I DON'T WANT A "Personalized theme"!!!!!!!
 
Yahoo Mail sucks, sometimes it takes ages for it to load and it doesn't work properly.

Then again I don't use it on a daily basis, but whenever I try to access something for someone, it will usually not load the email for a while.

Have you not seen answers recently? They did update it and the theme is terrible lol

Mail loading speed was better now. I think, they cracked the gmail code.;)
 
I would say the whole thing is like hotmail though. hotmail had may of the features yahoo and gmail had before they updated to outlook. but all in all, all of them borrowed ideas from each other. eg outlook borrowed the more simplistic look and feel from gmail. the yahoo update is alittle unstable though but its definetly a plus over the previous interface they had. I love the new look of yahoo answers
 
Why I continue to use yahoo email as my "main" email addy for friends etc is beyond me. They are desperately trying to pull new shit all the time. The new look bugs me. And while we're on the topic if yahoo, wtf is it with their revolving logo? I mean jeez, pick one and stick with it, right or wrong.
 
Sad, I always have Chrome open and never refresh my e-mail - probably wouldn't have realized this for days without this thread.

Regardless, it does look like Gmail. However, I definitely love the themes. I have to stare at my e-mail all day and definitely need something pleasant to look at. Always been quite disappointed with the Gmail themes, as they're very bland and uncreative.

The command line theme is great - especially love the animation - but need something prettier to look at since I already stare at IDEs too often lol.
