Anyone need adsense account for JV?

Hi people,
I have my adsense account almost 3 years old. I have received good amount of cheques. So I would consider it safe for any JV.
If anyone have good website and would like to monetize it but have trouble with google Adsense then we can work together for 50-50% partnership.
