I have been reading through old threads from 2009-2012 about craigslist posting methods and getting people to do email submits, & maybe hiring someone to post ads for them.

My question: Is there anyone out there actually making good money from craigslist (by good money I mean like $3,000+ per month)

depends on what you are trying to do. If you are a web designer then you could pick up a few jobs a month maybe.

IMO its just over ran by so much spam now not worth the investment to really get something set up and going.

I was oncraigslist the other day and saw it costs $15 to postjobs now. And thats only for one section! Won't this stop a lot of the spam?
 
I have a friend from Pakistan that posts on CL frequently. The businesses make pretty good money from the leads. but 3k+ a month? Not sure.
 
It's still working to expectations if you're creative.

Doing it the old way really doesn't work so be sure to get a better understanding of what you want out of an exact function so you can easily obtain desirable results.
 
I made a killing off Craigslist + Ebay Affiliates back in 08-09 till they started geotargeting and requiring a PVA. never got back into it though.
 
Tons of people still make money from Craigslist. It's a huge site with a ton of fresh daily traffic. If you can't monetize Craigslist you might want to stick to a day job.

I have monetized, it's just not my main source of income online. I was just curious to see if anyone was banking off CG.
 
I am curious to know what kind of business you run on Craigslist if you do not mind sharing it with us.
 
The type of money you are looking for only comes from two things, flippi g cars or flipping properties. Just having a simple ad, "I buy houses for cash" will bring in sellers, I know - thats how I sold my duplex...

Do you mean to trade cars and add a little markup for your own personal profit?
 
Yes. So many spammers, I even see people dropshipping diamond jewelry!
 
Maybe. If you can get a posting bot. Craigslist ads sink down the list pretty fast. It could be nice if you could auto-post items otherwise its prob too much hassle.
 
The quality of traffic leads in my area for CL has dropped below even bothering to sell to anyone on that site. I have switched over to social media, and probably won't go back ever again unless they clean it up a bit...

I also also did that job since 2009-2012 and I also have well experience about these job. I know the maximum CLA strategies. Though I worked then but I didn't make such huge amount. On that time I worked in a farm there I did these job. My charge was fixed :(

I posted a few ads on Craigslist saying that I had a job available and now I get stupid ass people emailing me asking if I'm still looking for a job which let's me know they didn't really read my ad.
