I want to get into the field of selling certain amazon products. Does anyone recommend a good ebook on what products to advertise and what numbers to look for?
Amazon is a gold mine... its not easy to sell in amazon.. but once you get the hang of it.... the money really starts rolling in... Good Luck
I saw your statistics which are amazing in another thread. Do you have any suggestions yourself? It definitely is a gold mine without a doubt. Any E-book recommendations or where to start?
I'm currently making between $7000 - $15000 a month with Amazon. Great thing about Amazon sites is I'm able to add adsense on them which gives me bonus earnings. Amazon is also expanding quite rapidly and soon will take over Walmart so I recommend you getting started now! -Kalyken
I am a casino affiliate for a long time. Some clickbank and CPA. Tried Amazon. I thought what I do there will work here - But was wrong. Created a few properties. SEO is STILL in place with all of them. There's a lot of traffic and the only revenue I see is from Adsense. Amazon = 1 day cookies. Waste of time in my opinion. But I guess there are successful affiliates also.
Conversion on amazon is top notch. It is uncomparable to any means of making money online.once you rank a product with it buying keywords you will make money. Provided you focus on the bestsellers. Come december if you can rank high for any product in tens, you can make a years earnings during chrimbo
amazon's referral rate is 4.00%, it then increases as you refer more items. It comes back to 4.00% every month though. So unless you are referring a lot of items, amazon isn't a good place to promote as an affiliate.
Already am a amazon affiliate. Looking to figure out how to start and what products and how to optimize for them.
As an investor I know about this topic. As all of us Americans know, California is bankrupt and wants to implement 7% sales tax on internet retail sites. They also know that some of the biggest affiliates for Amazon are in California. This defeats the whole purpose since affiliates start at 4%. So I know it was planned that Amazon would not provide the affiliate program in CA. Also the same type of greedy politicians did this in NY and a few other states are trying to pursue doing the same as well.
If you are already making that then I hope you don't win the $50.00 in the competition for guys with no money.. http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackh...ation-my-way-giving-back-bhw.html#post2965968
Amazon is a gold mine.. like i said... What you need to do is run PPC traffic to the amazon site without them knowing its PPC..... then you will make bank.. it can be facebook ppc or adwords.... just make sure you hide where it comes from... because they do not want PPC traffic.... Also i hear people focus on items of $400 or over in value... I do NOT do that.... i target best sellers .... based on amazon.... those are what people are buying.... no use in targeting a $2000 camera that no one will buy... its better to target $20 DVD that tons of people will buy and are looking for... also.. The trick to making the sell is to PUSH the client to the amazon site ASAP... when they hit amazon... they will buy. they start you out at 4% but it goes up real fast... like if you sell 40 items... they bump it up right away..... Here is a hint... Its against TOS to use a brand name in the domain.... amazon does not want that... but they do not actively check for it.... sites that have a brand name in the domain... make around $100 a month.. 10 of these sites = $1000 a month... 20 of these sites = $2000 a month... do that math.... the money is there... Good Luck... have any questions.... skype me: Traffic-on-demand
That is true.... the rate drops to 4% every month.. but today is the 5th of july and i am already at 8% and rising.. so.. if you have the traffic.... its not a problem...
Does it take a while for amazon to update its report? I'm not from the US I believe 4th of July is a holiday? Is it because of that ?
Amazon reports are always a day late... so today... you can see how you did yesterday.. they are NO WHERE near real time..... I have my 4th of july stats already..... so you should have yours too..
Im thinking about doing a few small niche sites selling certain things from amazon, do you guys use the same blog for your sites ? or always switch the templates up ?
