Anyone make money with Info Products?

I just read a old forum post from about 2008 about someone making about $18,000 in a few days sellilng info products. I was curious who out their makes money selling info products today?

Lots of people sell info products. Just look at Clickbank or WF or Kindle Ebooks.

Some are successful, most DON'T make that sort of money.

I am more interested in why you waited 3 years before posting on BHW!

LMAO, I ask myself the same question. Atleast I'm posting now.

I'm not in that space personally, but we do sell software to info marketers.
I've found the successful info marketers do a few things that almost everybody else ignores:

1) They invest heavily (and I mean thousands upon thousands of dollars) in copywriting, design and videos
2) It's all about upselling high-ticket products or coaching on the back end.
3) Because of the above, their EPC is huge and affiliates flock to promote the products

So does anyone make money with them? If you do, would you mind telling how?

Step 3: Sell Info Product
Step 4: Goto Step 1 Repeat
