Anyone looking to Cross Promote Android Installs?

Hi, I can currently send 5k-10k installs a day to basically any android app (worldwide installs). I'm looking for someone that would want some installs for there android app(s), and then return advertise my app in your android app, and deliver me a install for each one that I deliver to you.

So we help each other out for free.

Currently only looking to partner with people who can deliver at least 1000+ installs per day.

Im an andriod developer, but I can not give you that many installs. My app has currently 11k installs in about 1 week.

Hmmm...let me now if you reach more installs. I think that is too low right now.
