some claim per day max 20 ?? some mention 50? whereas some mention 100 ??

what I mean here is per day whats the max number or times you can post in FB groups?

is it must take some break in between? while posting in groups?

like you post 10 than after one hour post 10 again ?

so whats your ways? to post in various fb groups per day to avoid getting ban .


i prefer is manually posting here .

Depends on the age and status of the accounts is my experience.
 
I've seen fresh accounts get locked after 3 posts.. i've seen old accounts (+5 yr with high activity) get locked after 20... there is no real hard limit
 
I never get locked out I can join 20 groups with a fresh account and post the next day. The problem is after day 2-3 FB new AI learns my behavior and shadowbans any links I post
 
so summary is " just try to be random posting than ? "

1 account setup with 1 proxy post x3 times spread over 24/7.

repeat till happy.
 
there is no exact limit. it all depends on what you are posting, how the group admin reacting to your post.
 
I think it depends on how soon you post after each other. Copy and paste same post will get you banned pretty quickly.
