He could either be bullshitting, or he has an authority site that users build backlinks too. It is completely possible to rank without paying a dime. Not saying it is recommended to, but just mentioning.
 
This is another method to get sales. Do you know how many PM he received after his post? Many people will quietly pay him $ to buy the "secret".

He could be lying, what proof do you have that he's telling the truth? Check out his site on ahrefs and see if he builds links.
 
250k in a month? If we assume it's $1-$5 per action, he would need 50,000-250,000 leads. Let's also assume that his CTR is 10%, which is around 500,000-2,500,000 clicks in a month. Now, CTR is usually pretty low unless he has a pretty good landing page. At this point, we could assume three things:

1. He got viral.
2. Established authority with high number of fanbase.
3. He's lying.

However, it is possible that he's in a really good CPA network with high paying offers, idk.
 
302 redirects. Other than that, you can't really rank for anything much without backlinks. Don't listen to Matt Cutts.

Its entirely possible to do by yourself. I have affiliates doing that kind of volume with seo and social marketing alone.

He may not be actively link building, but taht doesn't mean he isn't sending out emails to other bloggers in his niche, sharing his posts on huge facebook pages, releasing Press Releases etc. Hell, he might do something that 99.9% of Black Hatters don't do : Create good content.
 
There could be a couple of reasons like selected solid keywords and Social media is main Source.
 
I think we/you would really need to see the website before making these assumptions, but most likely it will be one of the explanations already mentioned here.
 
OP forgot to mention: how many sites he runs, and (maybe) how many pages per sites
with current question people will assume it comes from a single site

@retards in the thread: No its not in WF, just because u can't make any money online doesn't mean others can't. And no he didn't offer shit for us to pay.

@LieutenantLame: I'm not sure how he did it but he's been known in that forum for the past months too due to make 1-3k€ per day too so i'm sure he has a constant supply of visitors.


He says he has 10 multi niche sites with 300 posts on each all on the same general niche (finances,health etc) but targetting different keywords
