anyone knows the best cold email service?

I’m planning to send about 10k cold emails per month.
Which warmed-up mail service would you recommend, and what’s the best way to actually send the emails?


I saw that Instantly.ai offers account warming and also lets you send directly through their platform.
Has anyone here tried it? What do you think about this option?

When you ask for warmed-up cold mail services, there are really fewer options because cold mailers pre-warmed won't last for long, As soon as you start mailing, you have to run a warm-up at the same time using them. Because your reputation will always be at risk with cold mailing.

I would suggest you check for dedicated mailing services and link the sender with Lemlist or Instantly, or your own ( which is always best for cold mailing services )

If you’re planning 10k cold emails/month, Instantly.ai is a solid choice since it offers unlimited warm-up and sending in one platform. Smartlead.ai is also strong if you want more control and deliverability features. Key is to warm up slowly, ramp volume carefully, and keep IP/device consistent to avoid issues.

Instantly.ai is good for warming up and sending emails. Mailshake and Lemlist are solid too. Just personalize and follow best practices!

Instantly.ai is a good all-in-one option for sending and warming, solid for 10k/month if you scale slowly. If you prefer just warming, tools like Warmup Inbox, Mailreach, or Lemwarm work well. Key is to warm up gradually and keep deliverability clean.

You can use multiple sending accounts (think 10-15) to spread the volume and avoid spam flags. Warm them up for a few weeks within Instantly before you start sending. Always focus heavily on personalizing your emails to avoid spam filters. Start with low daily limits and gradually increase while monitoring your deliverability.

Currently I’m using Instantly.ai. You can purchase domains and email accounts directly through them. Aside from the fact that the Unibox is a bit buggy and the UI sometimes glitches, everything works fine. They provide access to the email accounts you buy from them, and those are set up on Google Workspace, so even if their Unibox doesn’t work properly, it’s not a major issue.

You can look into an Anti-detect browser and then have VA's send the emails using that. That is one thing you can check out.

Tool matters less than deliverability setup. Separate domains + proper DNS + low daily volume per inbox is key

For 10K/month Instantly works fine but there's a ceiling most people hit around 500-1000/day where deliverability starts dropping regardless of warmup. That's because you're still on shared infrastructure under the hood.


The real variable nobody talks about is what happens to your sending when Instantly updates their platform or rotates their backend IPs. You have zero visibility into what's happening at the infrastructure level. Your warmup scores can show green while your actual inbox placement drops because something changed on their end.


If you're going to stay on Instantly, at minimum set up custom tracking domains for each sending domain. Use their DNS configuration properly — don't rely on their defaults. And never exceed 30 emails per inbox per day regardless of what anyone tells you. The people claiming they send 50-100 per inbox on Google Workspace are burning through domains faster than they realize
