Anyone knows how to run cold email campaign on scale?

Few years back it was easy. I made multiple Gmail accounts ( around 5) - then I warmed them up by using Gmass tool, and after a month I launched campaign on my emails that were super personalized and I was sending 200 emails that were super personalize daily from these.

Today?

I want to get back in the game and start again - but problem is I heard Gmail changed API or something and Gmass no longer provides warmup feature.

If you were me - what would be your step?

There are cold emailing platforms that you can find out there but they are not free to use basis. If your campaign is something profitable then you may want to consider using them. If it is not something profitable that you are sending the emails out for then i think you got to find other ways out.
