Anyone knows a very simple WP theme with vertical navigation that looks like this?

So I have to work on this website of a client:

Its currently built with Redaxo CMS but I told them WP is much easier to handle and so we are changing to Wordpress now. I would have installed a completely different theme, however, the client wishes to have a design that looks similar (so with a vertical navigation on the left, header on the top -> webdesign how it was made in 2005, you know )

Does anyone of you know a WP theme that looks a bit like the the website right now? (a little more modern looking is great too, but it should be simple)

First I would remove the link... just to be safe.

Second, you are better of looking on wordpress (if you want a free one) or on paid websites.
Don't be lazy.

Hint: if you don't find a template, make your own website with one of those drag and drop plugins.

Avada from ThemeForest or Divi fromelegant themes can do this for you.

Avada is so complex. I have checked out some themes shared here already, but I will give it another go. Thanks.
