^ I want to build a website like this (no online purchases), just a simple analogy of this website, but I cannot seem to find a wordpress template that could be similar, can anyone suggest? I don't know any coding, that's why I'm searching for a specific template.

Everything on that website can be reproduced with builders like Muffin, Divi, or others.

But you won't be able to reproduce the device damage spots unless you learn basic positioning with CSS. Google about relative positions, I highly doubt there is any plugin made to do that.

Site is so simple. You can easily build one by page builder plugin.
Or you can search template which is easily to modified to look like as you wish.
