Anyone know how to create site like Ultimate-Guitar OR songsterr, including all these tabs for many different songs,user can submit tab etc.is there any wordpress specific theme for this OR any plugins who can do this job,any guidance would be really appreciated .

Man these sites are hand-coded, you should learn how to program to build something like this. Great sites actually, really enjoyed them, lots of hard work behind them. Wordpress is for general-purpose sites to serve some text, pictures, and maybe ecommerce.
