Anyone know which site is best for finding domain host information?

You can search on Google there are many options available. You can also use the ping command to determine the host’s IP address, then identify which service provider that IP belongs to.

https://dnsdumpster.com/ gives a great amount of data - I use it before scrapping, well for certain projects anyway

You can try tools like ICANN lookup, BuiltWith, or ViewDNS, they usually give more accurate hosting info. Sometimes results differ because sites use CDNs like Cloudfare, which can hide the real host. In that case, checking DNS or IP history can help.

You can try using multiple tools and compare results. Sometimes one tool alone is not accurate. I usually check DomainTools or HostingChecker and then confirm with a WHOIS lookup. Using 2-3 sources usually gives a clearer picture.

Find the IP via a WHOIS search and then cross reference who owns the IP.
