Anyone know which ccTLDs are not covered by UDRP?

I've lost quite a bit of domains due to competitors filing disputes with the Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy. I usually buy my domains with a fake name/details since I want nothing traced back to me, which makes it difficult for me to fight back on these claims, however, it's getting annoying buying and ranking a new domain every few months.

Any suggestions on ccTLDs I can use that won't be taken so easily from me?

A lot of for example ru extension.
But it regulates by internal legislation.
