Anyone know where to get Google reviews?

I'm looking to get ORM done for a client and want to get a few reviews per month, not a lot just enough to lift up the rating to around a 4 or so.

Anyone know of anyone on the forum who does reviews? If you have a good Google account, please PM me and I can Paypal you for a review as well as long as it's an account you regularly use.
