Anyone know where I can get this script: Viral Adboard

This is the second time I've run across this script and I was wondering if anyone has heard about it.

I've been searching google for while and no dice.

I'm learning PHP, but I know I can't create anything like that yet. So, I'm rather just buy a licensed copy or something.
