Anyone know where I can get this done???

I have 12 scanned images of PDF files. I need EITHER:

1) Someone to go thru and get ALL the names & emails and put them in an excel spreadsheet

OR

2) Someone to convert the images to pdf & then convert the PDF to an excel file

With all the images, there are about 400 names & emails TOTAL that I need collected in an excel spreadsheet. Any1 that can do this or can point me in the right direction, would be lovely.

Sidenote: I had tried several image to pdf converters and none of them have worked for me. I am not sure what is going wrong.

your problem is, that pdf is a container format. even if you converst an image to a pdf it is still an image but now in a pdf container.
depending on how good the text quality of your images are, your can try some ocr software.
but for only 400 names an emails, simplay get someone to write them off.

download a cracked OCR software, it will do the job for you

You say these are scanned images of PDFs. Does that mean they are .gif or .jpg files. If they are not actual PDF files then of course a PDF converter won't work. In this case, just try to OCR them with Microsoft document imaging (comes with ms word) or try an online OCR tool.

If they are in fact PDF files, you can just pull them up in acrobat reader and select the text, then copy/paste. You could also go the converter route. I have one that works pretty well. Pm me and I'll give u the name of it.

The quality is good. I could sit here and do it myself, but I have school. It would be great if I could find someone to do this for me.

Go to DP or Fiverr, give someone $5 to do it, done.

That's only 400 to 500 names and emails mate.. Do it manually! It only takes 10 minutes.. give it s shot and don't be lazy!
