The Product category page of my website does not display products properly. as the picture shows. Does anyone know a solution?

Try clearing your WordPress site cache using any cache plugin. Then check for thumbnails in the incognito tab.
If the issue is still there, rename your thumbnail images and re-upload them. Again, clear the site cache.

Re-upload images
Firstly clear the chrome cache and cookies. Check in the incognito tab if it shows the same issue then clear the cache of the site by using WordPress plugins like WP Rocket, WP-Optimize, and W3 Total Cache.
Still, if you are facing the same issue then delete the thumbnails and reupload them.

Remove the images and reupload image again and check image path is correct.

Check for any technical issues, optimize product images, check your theme/template and product settings and update your website.

... and if you are using CloudFlare or any other CDN, do not forget to purge cache from there too. Sometimes issue lies there.
